How thick is it?

            1/8” to 3/16” thick depending on application (Back to the top)

What colors do you have?

            We can do just about any color but you will need to call and ask for specialty colors. Below are just a few of the

Do you need a primer?

            No, this material is self-priming and self-etching. (Back to the top)

 

 Do you have to sand it down to the metal?

            No, but if you do it is a direct-to-metal product. (Back to the top)

 

 What kind of lubricant do you use for the hopper gun and the bucket?

            WD-40 or silicone (Back to the top)

 

 What is the working time for the product in 95-degree temperatures?

            45 minutes to an hour in the shade (Back to the top)

 

 How long before I can apply the second coat?

 How do I clean the spray gun between coats?

            Yes, fiberglass, wood, cement, aluminum, galvanized steel, some plastics, clothes and skin! (Back to the top)

Is there supposed to be rubber with the colored bedliner?

Can I use a 2 horse power compressor?

            NO, NO, NO – Rattleguard recommends using only a 5 horse power compressor or greater. Rattleguard will not be responsible for applications using less than the recommended. (Back to the top)
